In this hands-on workshop, learn how to slice, salt & pound cabbage into traditional old-school sauerkraut, then hack this ferment with pre-shredded ingredients to take home! Option to spice your batch with seasoning blends (recipes included in handouts!) which will also be present as finished Krauts to sample.
